Are all your products listed on the website?
We are adding products on a regular basis. If there is a product that you need but can’t find it on the site please send us an E-Mail.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. If required, we can offer small single items.
Is this Webshop for trade only or also for private customers?
We sell to both trade and the public so there is no restriction.
Are there any special discounts?
We run a discount scheme all year round, this is 5% off for 5 items or more and 10% off on orders of 10 items or more. This discount is calculated automatically at the checkout. If you require a larger amount then we may be able to offer a great discount. For details please send us an E-Mail
Can I change my order after I have placed it?
This depends as we try to ship our orders as quickly as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched then we will try to change it to your requirements. Please send us an E-Mail.
Is there a chance to receive a sample product?
We do sell swatches of the actual finishes of most of our products. If you would like to check the finish before ordering any of our products please Follow This Link.
Do you offer any extra services such as drilling, cutting and machining?
Yes we can, please send us an E-Mail and we can arrange a quote.
What are your standard cutting tolerances?
Our CNC cutting and routing machinery are very accurate but please allow 2mm tolerance when giving sizes.
How can I be sure your material is of a good quality?
We buy all our material from well known, approved manufacturers. Each item is made to the relevant European quality standards. All orders are quality checked and approved before delivery. We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with the quality of the products.

Packaging

Our products are packaged in sturdy cardboard with polystyrene side and end protection strips.

Delivery

How long after placing my order will it be shipped?
We endeavour to manufacture pack and ship within 4 days however during busy periods, this time may be exceeded. If you require a guaranteed delivery date for your order, please send us an E-Mail.
Can I collect?
Yes, you can choose to collect during the checkout process. Your order will then be ready to collect 5 days from your order being placed. The collection address is Unit 20, Cloverlay Industrial Park, Canterbury Lane, Rainham, Kent. ME8 8GL.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Unfortunately BathPanelStore.co.uk only deliver to UK and Southern Ireland addresses. 
I haven't received an order confirmation?
Please check your junk/spam email folder. If your order confirmation is here, please mark as 'not junk'. If not please send us an E-Mail.
I think I may be out at the time of delivery, what should I do?
We ship all our orders via TNT. If you are not home when TNT attempt to deliver, they will then try to redeliver the next day.If the second delivery fails then they will return your order to us and we will contact you to rearrange delivery. Please note in most cases there will be a redelivery charge.
What if I’ve ordered an incorrect item?
You can return your item within 14 days in its original condition for a replacement or full refund. Please allow 72 hours from us receiving the package back for your refund to be processed.
