1. Are all your products listed on the website?
We are constantly adding new products to our site. If you’re looking for something but can’t find it, please send us an email and we’ll be happy to assist you.
2. What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. We can provide small, single items if needed.
3. Is this webshop for trade only or also for private customers?
We sell to both trade and the public, so there are no restrictions on who can place an order.
4. Are there any special discounts?
Yes, we run a discount scheme all year round:
- 5% off for orders of 5 items or more.
- 10% off for orders of 10 items or more.
These discounts are automatically applied at checkout. If you're ordering a larger quantity, please contact us for a possible additional discount.
5. Can I change my order after I have placed it?
This depends on whether your order has been dispatched. If it hasn’t, we will try to accommodate any changes. Please email us as soon as possible to make adjustments.
6. Is there a chance to receive a sample product?
We offer swatches of most product finishes, allowing you to check the material and color before placing an order. To order a swatch, please click here.
7. Do you offer any extra services such as drilling, cutting, and machining?
Yes, we can provide additional services like drilling, cutting, and machining. For a custom quote, please send us an email with your specific requirements.
8. What are your standard cutting tolerances?
Our CNC cutting and routing machinery is very accurate, but please allow for a 2mm tolerance when providing measurements.
9. How can I be sure your material is of good quality?
We source all of our materials from well-known, approved manufacturers who meet European quality standards. Every item is inspected and quality-checked before being dispatched. We are confident in the durability and craftsmanship of our products.
10. How are your products packaged?
Our products are securely packaged using sturdy cardboard and polystyrene protection strips to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
11. How long after placing my order will it be shipped?
We aim to manufacture, pack, and ship orders within 4 days. However, during busy periods, this may take longer. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please email us before placing your order.
12. Can I collect my order?
Yes, you can opt for collection during checkout. Orders will be ready for pickup within 5 days from the date of order. The collection address is: Unit 1, Manor Farm, Lower Rainham Road, Gillingham, Kent, ME7 2XH.
13. Do you ship outside the UK?
Unfortunately, we only deliver to addresses within the UK and Southern Ireland.
14. I haven't received an order confirmation. What should I do?
First, check your junk or spam folder. If the confirmation email is there, mark it as 'not junk.' If you still haven’t received it, please contact us, and we’ll resend it.
15. What should I do if I might be out at the time of delivery?
We ship all orders via TNT. If you’re not home when they attempt to deliver, TNT will try again the following day. If both attempts fail, your order will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note, redelivery charges may apply.
16. What if I’ve ordered the wrong item?
If you’ve ordered an incorrect item, you can return it within 14 days in its original condition for a replacement or refund. Please note that custom or bespoke sizes are excluded. Refunds are typically processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned item.
17. Do you offer a guarantee on your products?
Yes, all of our products come with a lifetime guarantee that covers manufacturing defects for up to 5 years. This excludes issues related to water damage or improper installation. You can learn more about our guarantee here.
18. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, we will send tracking information via email so you can follow its delivery status.
19. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard payments via our website. You can also use Amazon Pay for added convenience.
20. What should I do if my item is damaged during delivery?
If your item arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery. Let the courier return the item to us, and notify us within 24 hours by emailing sales@bathpanelstore.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement.
21. Do you offer custom-sized panels?
Yes, we specialize in making custom bath panels to fit your space perfectly. Simply provide your exact measurements when placing your order.
22. How do I measure for a custom bath panel?
When measuring for your bath panel, leave a tolerance of at least 2mm around the panel for an easy fit. You can refer to our detailed Measuring and Fitting Guide here.
