THIS IS A DEPOSIT PAYMENT ONLY to enable us to secure an installation date for you.

The full installation price is £350 including VAT ( £400 if including an end panel, this covers extra fittings and time required).

Remaining cash must be paid to the installer on completion, the day of installation.

Professional Shower Bath Panel Installation

Fitting shower bath panels can be tricky and requires a good DIY'er or handy person with the correct tools to achieve a really good fit.

We provide a fully insured fitting service for the south east of England. Our fitters typically take 4-5 hours to carefully fit these panels and the cost includes travelling time and expenses, any framework required, fixings, adhesives, sealants and VAT.

Please note we do not need to do an initial site survey as any modifications to the panels can be carried out on site on the day of fitting.

Once you have placed your order we will contact you via email within 24hrs ( excluding weekends ) to arrange a convenient date for installation. Normally install time is 10 - 14 days from deposit paid, but can sometimes be sooner depending on demand.

On the day of installation our fitter will arrive ( usually between 9am - 10am ).

If you have already purchased a panel he will bring it with him and modify it on site to fit your bath.

If possible please leave a parking space free near the premises as the installer will need to make several trips from his van to the bathroom with tools, and whilst modifying the panel.

Where sensible the fitter will make a few panels removable to allow access to taps or waste plumbing.

Before leaving the fitter will clean up any mess he has made and show you where any access panels are located.

Replacement for discontinued Ideal Standard shower bath panel

Will this bath panel fit my bath?

Each bath panel is designed for a specific bath type. Straight panels fit most standard UK baths. Shaped panels (L-shaped or P-shaped) must match the exact bath model. Always check your bath’s length, height and shape before ordering.

Is this bath panel adjustable?

Many MDF panels include a main panel and plinth, allowing height adjustment between 450mm and 560mm. Adjustable panels are ideal for uneven floors or baths installed slightly out of level. Check the product description for exact adjustment ranges.

Can this bath panel be cut to size?

MDF panels can be cut with a sharp handsaw. Acrylic panels can be trimmed with a fine-tooth saw. Curved sections on shaped panels must not be cut. Always measure carefully before trimming.

Does this product include a matching end panel?

Some products include matching end panels, while others require them to be purchased separately. Check the product listing for details or contact us for advice.

Is this bath panel moisture resistant?

MDF panels are made from moisture-resistant MEDITE MDF, ideal for bathroom environments. Acrylic panels are naturally water-resistant and easy to clean.

Is this bath panel supplied painted?

MDF panels are usually supplied unfinished so you can paint them in any colour. Acrylic panels arrive pre-finished. Always check the product description for the finish type.

What paint should I use on MDF bath panels?

Use MDF primer followed by undercoat and a satin, eggshell or gloss topcoat. Moisture-resistant bathroom paints and designer brands work extremely well.

How do I install this bath panel?

Most panels are fixed to timber battens or a frame using the supplied screws. MDF drills cleanly and acrylic panels require careful drilling with a fine bit. Full fitting instructions are included with every product.

Is this bath panel left-hand or right-hand?

Straight panels are universal. Shaped panels (L-shaped or P-shaped) are available in left-hand and right-hand versions. Ensure you select the correct orientation for your bath.

Can I return this bath panel?

Panels can be returned if they are unused, uncut, unpainted and in original packaging. Panels that have been cut, drilled or painted cannot be returned. Please check our returns policy for full details.

Does this bath panel come with a guarantee?
