1. Definitions & Interpretation

4. Ordering Process

4.1 Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated Order Acknowledgement Email confirming the details.

4.2 Order Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure all details (sizes, finishes, quantities, delivery address) are correct at the time of ordering.

5. Order Amendments and Cancellations

You may request to cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of placing it.

After this 24‑hour period:

• Production will have commenced

• Materials will have been allocated

• Labour will have been scheduled

Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee to cover material and labour costs already committed.

Once production begins, amendments may not be possible.

6. Pricing & Payment

• All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

• Delivery charges are displayed at checkout and are non‑refundable.

• Prices and availability may change without notice.

7. Credit Card Security

Your credit card payment is processed securely. All credit card numbers are encrypted and are not stored or seen by BathPanelStore.co.uk.

8. Pricing Errors

While we make every effort to ensure all prices are correct, errors may occasionally occur.

If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order:

• We will contact you as soon as possible

• You may proceed at the correct price or cancel the order

All bath panels and related items sold by BathPanelStore.co.uk are made to order according to your specifications. We do not carry pre‑manufactured stock. Each panel is custom‑built to your requirements, including:

• Colour

• Finish

• Plinth options

9.2 Custom Sizes and Options

You must ensure that all measurements and customisation details supplied at checkout are correct. We manufacture panels exactly to the dimensions you provide.

We accept no liability for:

• Incorrect measurements supplied by the customer

• Incorrect height or length provided

• Incorrect colour or finish selected

• Panels that do not fit due to inaccurate customer measurements

10. Measuring Your Panel

We use Class 1 measuring devices to ensure the most accurate cut‑to‑order size available.

When measuring your custom or bespoke panel:

• You must allow at least 2mm tolerance all around for ease of fit

• Failure to include this tolerance may result in fitting issues

• Panels manufactured to your exact measurements cannot be altered once produced

• Fitting issues caused by incorrect measurements or lack of tolerance are not our responsibility

Double‑check all measurements before placing your order.

11. Acclimating and Fitting Instructions

We highly recommend that you read the Acclimating and Fitting Instructions, available at:

These instructions explain the correct procedures for acclimating your panel, preparing the installation area, and fitting the product safely and accurately.

Understanding and following these instructions is essential. Claims that the products cannot be fitted will not be entertained after goods have been dispatched.

Important Notice About Tradespeople

Do not book a tradesperson until:

• Your goods have been safely received

• All items have been checked

• Everything is complete and in good condition

We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to booking tradespeople before your order has been delivered and inspected.

12. Non‑Returnable and Non‑Refundable

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all items are made to order and are therefore:

• Non‑returnable

• Non‑refundable

Once production begins, all sales are final.

The only exception is if the item arrives damaged or defective.

13. Custom Products

Custom products include any goods that are:

• Made to order

• Manufactured to specific measurements

• Produced in a non‑standard size or finish

• Specially customised

Custom products cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded once production has begun, except where damaged or defective.

14. Custom‑Made and Special Order Goods

We do not accept returns for custom‑made or special‑order products.

If you wish to cancel a custom order, it must be done by email within 12 hours of placing the order, as production will already have started.

After 12 hours, cancellations are not possible.

15. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only, and we are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as:

• Courier delays

• Weather conditions

Please inspect the packaging and goods upon arrival for any signs of damage.

If items are damaged on delivery:

• Do not accept the delivery

• Ask the courier to return the goods to Bath Panel Store

22. Lifetime Guarantee

We offer a lifetime guarantee on our products, covering manufacturing and material defects.

The guarantee covers the expected usable life of the product, currently 5 years, unless otherwise stated.

The guarantee does not cover:

• Water damage caused by leaks

• Incorrect installation

• Modified installations

• Damage caused by failure to follow fitting instructions
