1. General Information

BathPanelStore.co.uk is a trading website of Bath Panel Store Ltd, based in Kent, England. All items sold through this website are subject to these terms and conditions. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, which form a binding contract between you and us.

2. Product Information

  • Made-to-Order Products: All bath panels and items are made to order according to your specifications. This means we do not carry pre-manufactured stock. Each order is custom-built to your requirements, including size, color, and finish.
  • Custom Sizes and Options: Please ensure you provide accurate measurements and any additional customization details when ordering.

3. Measuring Your Panel

At Bath Panel Store, we use Class 1 measuring devices to ensure the most accurate cut to order size available. When measuring your custom or bespoke panel, it is imperative that you allow at least 2mm tolerance all around for ease of fit. Failure to account for this may result in fitting issues that will not be our responsibility.

4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all items are made to order and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable. Once production begins, all sales are final. We strongly advise that you double-check all order details before finalizing your purchase. The only exception to this policy is if the item arrives damaged or defective (see section 7).

5. Order Amendments and Cancellations

You may request to cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, production will have commenced, and cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee to cover material and labor costs.

6. Acclimating and Fitting Instructions

We highly recommend that you read the Acclimating and Fitting Instructions, which can be found at:

This will ensure that you understand the fitting requirements and procedures. Claims that the products cannot be fitted will not be entertained after goods have been dispatched.

Please note: Do not book a tradesperson until your goods have been safely received, complete, and in good condition. We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to booking tradespeople before this point.

7. Delivery

  • Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe provided when placing your order. Lead times may vary depending on your requirements. Delivery dates are estimates, and we are not liable for delays caused by external factors.
  • Delivery Process: Please inspect the packaging and goods upon arrival for any damage. If items are damaged on delivery, do not accept them and allow the courier to return them to Bath Panel Store. You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Delivery Charges: Charges are outlined during checkout. For bulky orders, please ensure someone is available to assist the driver.

8. Returning Goods

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 7 days from receipt (this excludes custom/bespoke products which are non-refundable). A returns form must be enclosed, and the goods should be sent via a recorded and insured service.
  • Faulty Goods: Upon return, we will inspect the goods for faults or damage. If a fault is confirmed, we will replace the goods or give a full refund, including reasonable return costs. If no fault is found, the return may be refused.

9. Lifetime Guarantee

We offer a lifetime guarantee on our products, covering manufacturing and material defects. The guarantee covers the expected usable life of the product, currently 5 years, unless otherwise stated. 10. Credit Card Security

Your credit card payment is processed securely. All credit card numbers are encrypted and are not stored or seen by BathPanelStore.co.uk.

11. Money-Back Guarantee

You may cancel your order at any time between the day the order is placed and the end of the 7th working day following receipt of your goods, excluding special orders and custom panels. Refunds will be made within 30 days, excluding delivery costs. Custom/bespoke goods are non-refundable.

12. Order Cancellation

Manufacturing of your order will commence no later than 24 hours after you place your order. Due to this, we enforce a 50% cancellation fee if the order is canceled after 24 hours from placement.

13. Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error, BathPanelStore.co.uk will not be bound to honor orders placed at that incorrect price.

14. Guarantee

All goods are guaranteed for a minimum of 30 days. Extended guarantees are outlined in product descriptions. Your statutory rights are not affected.

15. Complaints

If you have a complaint please email it directly to sales@bathpanelstore.co.uk with a subject of COMPLAINT,  we will respond to you within 48 hours (2 working days).

16. Inspect Goods on Delivery

You must inspect goods thoroughly before signing for delivery. If items are damaged, do not accept them, and allow the courier to return them. You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Never sign a delivery as "unchecked."

17. Custom-Made and Special Order Goods

We do not accept returns for custom-made or special-order products. If you wish to cancel a custom order, it must be done by email within 12 hours of placing the order, as production would already have started.

18. Use of This Website

By using this site, you agree to these terms of use. BathPanelStore.co.uk reserves the right to modify, alter, or update these terms without notice.

19. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The information and materials contained in this site, including text, graphics, and links, are provided "as is" without any warranties. BathPanelStore.co.uk does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate or complete.

WEEE Regulations
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to take back their waste equipment free of charge. The amount of WEEE the UK throws away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. Much of the UK's WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health. Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill. Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites. We are obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when you buy from us a new Electrical or Electronic product. For example, if a customer bought a new laptop from us we would accept their old laptop and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown above. Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005 and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
