Based in Rainham, Kent, our 10,000 square feet woodworking factory / workshop has been designed specifically to produce a wide variety of bath panels to the very highest quality, as efficiently as possible; this is why, on average, we produce from order and deliver within 7 days.
 

 
We are continually investing in the latest technologies to ensure quality consistence, higher throughput and improved health and safety for our panel makers and apprentices.

Your panels go through 6 stages of production Cut, Detail, Glue, Sand, Apply finished Effect, Pack and Label. 		barcode scanning
 
We insist on a high level of Quality Control at each stage to ensure the quality of the product and to pick up mistakes early saving delays. quality approved stamp
 

We have set aside part of the factory for research and development for bringing new Bath Panel ideas to market, and since doing so have bought many innovative products to market such as the LED Bath Panels and our Flexi Panels.
